2007 American Institute of Architects Central Valley – China Architectural Tour
October 15-27, 2007

The 2007 American Institute of Architects China tour was a great success! The group traveled to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai on a tour presenting the architectural juxtaposition of the ancient and the ultra modern that is significantly Chinese.  The major highlight of this group’s visit was their exclusive tour of the National Grand Theater in Beijing, guided by Mr. Wu, WACA member and Project Manager for the Theater.  Golden California was pleased to have the opportunity to work with the World Association of Chinese Architects to provide this one of a kind experience to AIA members.
